The system retrieves boxes from a molding machine and box lid from the next molding machine. The boxes are mounted, hatches are closed. The product is checked. The boxes are then collected in stacks and packed in large boxes. The system also includes automatic transport box handling. The system runs fully automated with some supervision.

Inspection of products with vision systems. 4 cameras inspect each product for three-dimensional control of shapes and dimensions. A robot automatically load products and the system handles boxes from a full pallet with automatic batch and ID control.of each box.

At delivery, 7 different products are prepared. Data for each detail can be exported to database.
